1. Who we are
SprintAI is operated by Vatsal Sinha. We provide delivery intelligence software for engineering teams via the Atlassian Marketplace. Contact us at privacy@sprintaiapp.com.
2. What data we collect
When you install SprintAI, we collect and process:
- Jira project data including sprint names, ticket titles, story points, assignees, and sprint status
- Atlassian account IDs of team members assigned to tickets
- Sprint velocity and completion history
- AI-generated insights and memories derived from your sprint data
- App usage metadata
We do not collect passwords or payment card details.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to power the Pulse AI companion, generate sprint reports and risk signals, and deliver delivery insights specific to your team.
4. AI processing
Sprint data is sent to Anthropic Claude for AI processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models. Data is processed under Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase hosted in the United States, isolated per tenant by Atlassian Cloud ID and Jira project key.
6. Data retention and deletion
Data is retained while SprintAI is installed. On uninstall, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request immediate deletion at privacy@sprintaiapp.com.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (storage), and Vercel (API hosting). All processors are contractually bound to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@sprintaiapp.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Cross-tenant access is prevented by Atlassian Cloud ID scoping.
