Terms of Service

By installing or using SprintAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use SprintAI.

SprintAI provides AI-powered delivery intelligence for engineering teams via the Atlassian Marketplace. The service includes sprint analysis, AI-generated insights, risk signals, and team reporting features powered by the Pulse AI companion.

SprintAI is intended for use by businesses and professional teams. By using SprintAI you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms.

SprintAI offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Atlassian via the Atlassian Marketplace. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• use SprintAI for any unlawful purpose
• attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• resell or sublicense access to SprintAI
• use SprintAI to process data you do not have the right to process

Your use of SprintAI is subject to our Privacy Policy at sprintaiapp.com/privacy. By using SprintAI you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

SprintAI uses Anthropic Claude to generate delivery insights and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for all decisions made based on SprintAI output. SprintAI makes no warranty that AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

SprintAI and all associated software, content, and branding are owned by Vatsal Sinha. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SprintAI during your subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintAI is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SprintAI, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SprintAI at any time if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Atlassian Marketplace.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SprintAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
