How long does setup take?

Archaeology ~10 minutes for ~5 closed cycles. After that, Overview is usable. Brain keeps compounding on every close.

Does Pulse work with Kanban?

Yes — Aging-WIP chart, Health & Risks, Reports, Data Quality, Brain. Plan Sprint is Scrum-only (hidden on Kanban). Deeper flow charts (CFD) are later.

How is this different from Rovo?

Rovo is session-smart about Jira. Pulse compounds falsifiable team memory with receipts — “Rovo remembers you. Pulse learns your team.”

Who can see individual performance?

Leads, and the person themselves. Peers never get peer scorecards. Shares default names-off. See Permissions & Access.

What if our story-points field is messy?

Pulse uses its own auto-detected story-points field — not Jira board Estimation Statistic sums. Data Quality flags multi-field splits and coverage gaps; cold-start won’t invent confident claims.

What happens if I uninstall?

Uninstall triggers project data deletion. Details in Data & Privacy.

What models power Pulse?

Claude Sonnet for intelligence and conversation. Claude Haiku for batch extraction.
