Getting Started

From install → archaeology → first useful decision in about 10 minutes.

Setup

  1. Install SprintAI on your Jira Cloud site (Marketplace public listing soon — private beta via hello@sprintaiapp.com).
  2. Open a Scrum or Kanban software project → SprintAI in the project sidebar.
  3. Run guided setup — pick the project, confirm basics.
  4. Run delivery archaeology (~5 closed cycles, ~10 minutes). Review and approve what lands in the brain. Thin data? You get named gaps — not confident fiction.
  5. Tabs populate: Overview → Health & Risks → Plan Sprint (Scrum only) → Reports → Data Quality → Brain.
  6. Every sprint close deposits trusted facts. Pulse gets sharper without you babysitting it.
Board parity: Scrum gets burndown + Plan. Kanban gets Aging-WIP and hides Plan — no fake sprint chrome on flow boards.
