Person-level insight is for leads — and for the person it's about. Never for peers.
Leads
Project admins / Manage Sprints / Administer Projects (and anyone on the lead grant list) see full fingerprints, person-anchored risks, Brain curation (Confirm / Outdated / Wrong), Access grants, Plan Apply, and share-names toggle.
Members
Same charts and team aggregates. Risks render work-anchored (ticket, points, age). Self-visibility: your own patterns in a coaching register. Data Quality fully available. Ask Pulse never injects peer profiles.
Access grants
Preferences → Access. Leads add or revoke member elevation. Changes audit-log; elevation refreshes within the role cache window (~5 minutes).
Stakeholder share links
Public sprintaiapp.com/r/… snapshots. Names off by default — person claims re-render as work-anchored. Optional names-on with an explicit warning. Expiry + revoke + audit.
